April is the cruelest month, breeding lilacs out of the dead land,
mixing memory and desire, stirring dull roots with spring rain.

We don’t think T.S. Eliot was thinking of NATIONAL POETRY MONTH when he wrote those words, but it IS poetry and this IS April, and here ARE some ways you can get some poetry into your life:
