 During the Klown Kantos, puppeteer Michael Montenegro attempts to define puppetry, “To give an inanimate object the appearance of life,” he begins. But Montenegro cannot finish reading from a scrap of paper. Calvin, his headless full-sized puppet accomplice, flails into him.
